The stripping out of buildings is becoming more and more common these days as clients look to refurbish buildings rather than demolish and is sometimes seen as a cheaper alternative.
We at Reliance Demolition have under took many strip-outs over the years in the City of London and home counties including Old Scotland Yard, Horse Guards Parade and Pentonville Prison to name but a few. We have much experience working in sensitive and live buildings and appreciate that noise, dust and disruption must be kept to minimum at all times, we also recognise in importance of recycling on jobs and regularly work on bream contracts we always ensure we segregate materials such as clean wood, plaster board, light bulbs, plastics and scrap metal.
We currently run two 7.5 tonne Daff roll on off lorries and 2 3.5 tonne transit tippers all ideal when working in and around London also were space is at a minimum and access is tight. We always ensure that all jobs are completed on time or quicker and are left in a clean and safe way ready to be handed back over to the client
